Salary: AUD 70,000 - AUD 75,000 per annum + superannuation
Randstad are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Officer on full-time hours to join a leading business in a modern office based in Yatala, QLD. This role is within a fast-paced finance team, offering a supportive setting and the chance to be hands-on across the full accounts function.
Role Type: Permanent position (Mon-Fri) 7:00 am - 4:00 pm with flexibility.
Location: Yatala, QLD
Salary: $70k - $75k + Super
Start Date: Immediately Available
The Role:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll be providing end-to-end accounts payable support across the company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of accounts payable for the group
- Handling supplier enquiries and account reconciliations
- Processing staff credit card transactions and expense claims
- Ensuring compliance with ABN, GST, and record-keeping requirements
- Assisting with month-end close, tax, and FBT reporting
- Supporting the wider finance team with general admin and ad-hoc duties
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar accounts payable role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving mindset
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
