**About the company**
Our client is the world's number one equipment manufacturer, providing superior equipment and services. An exciting time to join this organisation, which is looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to run the day-to-day Logistics function.
**About the role**
Your primary responsibility will be assisting with scheduling service works, managing the pre-delivery process, handling customer enquiries and managing all stock and inventory for the Acacia Ridge Warehouse.
**Duties** 
- Take ownership of inventory and ensure stock levels are appropriate to meet contractual requirements 
- All stakeholders are correctly performing ensure stock transactions 
- Maintain supplier documentation 
- Issue PO's, freight consolidation, conduct QC on receiving, resolve stock-related discrepancies 
- Warranty claims with suppliers 
- Control shipping 
- Assist in stock count and best practice stock organisation 
- Work closely with the team to ensure an efficient supply of parts and equipment 
- Ensuring the best and safe use of warehouse equipment 
- Answering incoming telephone calls from external customers, field service technicians and other areas of the business 
- Maintaining updated records and handling enquiries from the sales department 
- Ensure that company processes, documents and compliance are met to a high standard
**Skills and Experience** 
- Previous exp in a similar role 
- A qualification in trade is beneficial but not mandatory 
- Forklift licence (or willing to obtain one) 
- Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator 
- Problem solver, versatile, able to adapt to new ways of working 
- Willingness to learn
