Urgent requirement for 2 Project Managers to join a flagship program of work at a critical stage on a flagship IT program within the health industry.
The Project Managers will be required to Passist with coordination regarding go-live readiness activities for the Migration Abstraction and Cutover activities. This role is based in Newcastle on a hybrid arrangement and will start ASAP initially running until EOFY.
The Project Managers will be responsible for pulling together the resourcing numbers, dates etc into an plan of distributed resources.
Other responsibilities will include:
Monitor and track progress of program/project performance using appropriate tools and techniques providing adequate reporting and escalations to senior management as required.Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met, whilst building and maintaining stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.Coordinate the work of the project team as required, to ensure agreed outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope in line with established project management methodology and processes.Identify, document and manage project risks and issues in order to minimise their impact on the project.
Candidates should be solid project managers, adept in the coordination of go-live readiness activities, planning and resource management.
