Key Role Responsibilities:
* Execute and Coordinate Payroll Administration: Handle all day-to-day payroll administration and processes, ensuring strict compliance with company standards and procedures.
* Data Collection and Recording: Collect and accurately record payroll data for assigned departments and/or the company.
* Reporting and Documentation: Prepare routine and ad-hoc payroll information, such as salaries, allowances, expenses, and payment summaries, as directed or requested during payroll runs.
* Data Management: Record, execute, and maintain administrative data.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in payroll administration, timesheet management or onboarding.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel of all levels.
* Proficiency with payroll accounting systems highly desirable.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
