We're seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Sydney Team.
The role involves managing all facilities and maintenance activities at the property, including responding to requests from internal and external customers, overseeing apartment turn activities, attending customer maintenance inspections, and ensuring all areas of the property are presentable.
Responsibilities:
* Prompt Response: Ensure timely response to all maintenance requests
* Apartment Turn Activities: Oversee and manage apartment turn activities
* Maintenance Inspections: Attend customer maintenance inspections and record defects
* Repairs: Attend to initial minor defects and carry out repairs
* Property Presentation: Ensure all areas of the property are presentable
* Building Management: Regularly monitor the Building Management Control system
* Asset Register: Develop and maintain the property asset register, preventative maintenance plan, and contribute to the property business plan and budgeting process
* Safety and Efficiency: Ensure all works are delivered in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner
* Daily Checks: Conduct daily checks of all base building plant operations
* Process Improvement: Identify and support the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
* Rapport Building: Build and maintain positive resident rapport and working collaboratively with the local community and other stakeholders
* Customer Experience: Adhere to Mirvac's 'Next Level' customer experience platform and provide timely responses to feedback received through all mediums
