The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
This role will be part of the Smarter Gates Project. As part of the wider Smarter Profit strategy, the Smarter Gates Project is rolling out technology upgrades to the in-store Point of Sale areas. We're looking for a energetic and passionate individual, who doesn't mind daily travel to stores (interstate travel required), to join the team.
**About the role**:
Working closely with the Smarter Gates project team, the Field Change Manager will be the face of the project to our store teams and ensure change is delivered seamlessly through effective communication, training and reporting any feedback received. Your ability to build relationships, work at pace and an eye for detail will be a key factor to identifying improvements through rollout - ensuring a quality experience every time. You'll also;
- effectively manage stakeholder change management
- support development and delivery of change management process at State and Store level
- facilitate required training at all stakeholder levels
- identify and support development of any identified issues and defects

**About you and your skills**:
We're looking for someone with retail operations experience who has a passion for new technology, delivering change and can present information in an engaging way to ensure our store teams are excited for what's coming.
You'll also have;
- the ability to influence or work collaboratively with stakeholders
- a level of comfort to engage with or inform customers
- experience in retail and store operations with a history of supporting implementation
- ability to drive continuous improvement of our methodologies and tools to support project delivery
- project or change experience is preferred, but not essential
