Temporary Administrator Opportunity – Rare Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Administrator to provide day-to-day support across a range of administrative tasks.
This is a fantastic temporary opportunity offering flexibility and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage general stationery orders and maintain office inventory Organise and coordinate couriers (local, interstate, and international), including sourcing quotes and ordering courier supplies Book travel arrangements for staff (flights, accommodation, car hire, and events), ensuring appropriate approvals for travel and expenses Coordinate catering for meetings, presentations, and client events Provide broader administrative support, including report preparation, document editing, and template creation Manage shared inboxes and respond to internal and external enquiries Handle internal phone calls and email correspondence About You: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service, with a good understanding of office procedures Bright, friendly personality with a professional and dedicated approach Excellent communication skills, phone manner, and attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively If you meet the above criteria and are ready for your next temporary assignment, I'd love to hear from you.
