Bread Department Leadership Opportunity
As a hands-on leader, you'll guide high-performing teams in crafting our iconic bread varieties.
1. Direct and collaborate with the Bread Department team to ensure smooth production and consistent quality.
2. Coordinate staff duties and manage ingredient and supply procurement.
3. Enforce and exceed cleanliness, Food Safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
4. Promote Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) best practices and build a strong safety-first culture.
Requirements include prior supervisory or team leadership experience in manufacturing or food production, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a bakery, production, or similar environment. A physically fit individual capable of regular heavy lifting and carrying is required.
