* Lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years' PAE experience (or more) in commercial law (transactions/advisory) and property law, managing own files from start to finish.

Responsibilities
* Commercial transactions and advice (approx 80%) – buying/selling businesses, business structures, advising on directors/shareholders issues, corporate restructures, joint ventures, licensing, franchising, distribution, intellectual property, trusts and general commercial contracts.
* Property law (approx 15%) – high‐end/complex sales & acquisitions, residential and commercial leases, licences, subdivisions, land tax, strata, options, construction/development, compulsory acquisitions.
* Finance law (approx 5%) – advising borrowers and financiers on all types of loans and enforcement.
* Contributing to the firm's strategic growth, business development and marketing initiatives.
