🩺 About the Role
Professionally accountable to the Executive Director, the Clinical Nurse provides expert nursing care across a broad scope of practice. This includes chronic disease management, preventative screening, care planning, patient education, and team-based care delivery.
You’ll also:
* Coordinate and deliver health assessments, GP Management Plans (GPMPs) and Team Care Arrangements (TCAs)
* Act as a clinical mentor and lead by example within the nursing team
* Work closely with patients, families, and the broader care team to ensure integrated, culturally safe care
* Support quality improvement and accreditation activities
âś… About You
You are an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about improving the health of individuals and communities.
Essential :
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated clinical competence in general practice, chronic disease, and preventative care
• Strong knowledge of MBS billing, care planning, and practice software (Best Practice desirable)
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable :
• Experience supervising or mentoring staff or students
• Current Influenza vaccination
• Familiarity with rural or regional health settings

• Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
• Current National Police Check
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status
• Evidence of Hepatitis B immunity
