Job Title: Surveying Project Coordinator
Job Description:
RMS is looking for an organized, proactive and relationship-focused project coordinator to support our growing cadastral team.
About the Role:
* Support the delivery of cadastral surveys such as boundary re-establishments, subdivisions, strata plans, amalgamations, easements and other land development projects.
* Coordinate workflow between field surveyors, drafters and licensed surveyors.
* Liaise with clients, builders, conveyancers and developers.
* Prepare project documentation, collect required information and track progress.
* Manage timelines and support scheduling.
* Assist with quoting, variations and invoicing.
* Ensure deliverables meet Landgate and legislative requirements.
* Support junior staff and promote collaborative workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with experience in cadastral surveying, land development, drafting, building approvals or similar. You should have strong organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication and client service skills, and be able to prioritize competing tasks in a busy environment.
