Sites Manager
Description:
This role involves overseeing the provision of facilities management in a Commonwealth-Owned Property within the designated portfolio. You will develop sound working relationships with key client staff and tenant representatives located in the property. Your responsibility will be to manage day-to-day client activities for assigned properties/facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage client stakeholders to ensure that on-site tenant's expectations are met.
* Build and develop effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization.
You will also be responsible for managing facilities as designated by the National Facilities Manager, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards, and recommending continuous quality improvement practices and implementing industry best practice operations.
