This is your opportunity to join our passionate team as a Recruitment Officer to ensure that we are able to continually provide high quality support for our clients with multiple full-time roles vacant.

What are the Key Responsibilities?

* Build strong relationships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with our leaders to understand their team dynamics, client needs, and staffing requirements.
* Recruitment strategy: Create and implement tailored recruitment plans for the teams that you will be supporting.
* Candidate sourcing: Utilise various channels to attract suitable candidates, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
* Screening and selection: Conduct initial screening of applicants, arrange interviews, and participate in assessment centres.
* Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
* Talent pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for future recruitment needs.
* Reporting and analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

What are we looking for?

* Someone currently studying a related field such as HR or Business, a recent graduate or just someone passionate about internal recruitment (experience preferred but not necessary).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
* Understanding of disability support services and the NDIS is desirable.

If successful you will also be required to obtain a NDIS Worker and Working with Children clearances (we can support).
