Position: Junior IT Support Technician Location: Perth, WA Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 Job Type: Permanent Position Overview: We're seeking a motivated Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our growing Managed Service Provider team in Perth. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
