Qualifications & experience
* Experience/Qualifications in Cooking/Commercial Cookery. Prefer minimum of two years experience in similar role.
* Experience in a similar environment preferred.
* Experienced in western style menus.
* Candidates with any work rights in Australia are welcome to apply.
Tasks & responsibilities
* The position involves prdominately evening dinner shifts, with occasional breakfast shifts.
* Must be available for rotating shifts including evenings and occasional breakfast shifts.
* Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
* Well presented.
* Deliver consistent, high quality meals.
* Able to efficiently operate kitchen service during dinner
* Work well as a team player.
* Initially casual position with view of Full Time contract
