The Men's Behaviour Change Coordinator, Design and Implementation is a pivotal role within our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of a person-centered program aligned to the Northern Territory Minimal Standards for Declared Domestic Family Violence (DFV) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish collaborative working relationships with other DFV related services, fostering a cohesive approach to addressing family violence.
* Negotiate and understand complexities of working with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Develop strategies to ensure the long-term success of the program, driving sustainable outcomes for participants.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Psychology and/or Public Health demonstrate a strong foundation in relevant fields.
* A minimum 3-5 years experience within a primary health system or relevant social determinants programmes showcases your expertise in this area.
* Evidence of participatory and narrative approaches in health, research and organizational change indicates your ability to drive positive outcomes.
