The region's number one selling team is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to support our leading agents and contribute to our continued growth.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands the real estate landscape and is ready to step into a fast-paced, client-focused environment with clear pathways for career progression. You'll work alongside top agents, gaining exposure to high-quality listings, premium clients and industry-leading systems.
What You'll Be Doing
* Assisting with listing presentations and preparation
* Managing buyer enquiries, follow-up and nurturing
* Coordinating open homes and private inspections
* Preparing marketing materials and campaign schedules
* Handling database management and CRM tasks
* Drafting agency agreements, and supporting documentation
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers
* Attending auctions, appraisals and team strategy sessions
* Providing high-level administrative and organisational support
You'll be a critical part of our sales team's success, ensuring operations run smoothly and clients are supported at every stage.
What We're Looking For
A motivated, polished and proactive Sales Assistant who can operate confidently in a premium marketplace.
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Experience in real estate sales support, admin or client services
* Driver's licence + reliable car
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Professional presentation and a positive, solution-focused attitude
* Availability to work Saturdays
Highly Regarded:
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., AgentBox)
* Strong customer service or sales background
* Knowledge of the Southern Highlands property market
