Overview
Senior HR Business Partner – 6-month FTC at Bendigo Bank. The Senior HR Business Partner works with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support across the Business Bank and Agribusiness portfolios.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and executives on workforce planning, organisational capability, and succession planning.
* Support the People Strategy and Capability program and lifecycle of the employee journey.
* Partner with leaders to navigate a complex, matrixed organisation and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver people initiatives.
* Contribute to an agile, high-performing culture and positive employee experience.
What you’ll bring
* Significant experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
* Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices.
* Strong understanding of HR policies and processes and ability to work strategically with senior leaders.
* Proven success in delivering talent opportunities and addressing talent challenges; ability to constructively challenge.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline are desirable, but extensive experience is equally valued.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Location and work arrangements
This role can be based in Adelaide, Bendigo, Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney. Flexible work options with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of 60% time in the office.
