Job Title: Receptionist/Admin Assistant
Location: Urangan Office
Position Type: Full-time (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to provide excellent administrative support in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment.
* Manage the front desk and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
* Assist in the preparation of documents and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
* Support the real estate team with various tasks as needed.
* Maintain organised records and assist in the management of office supplies.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
* A bubbly personality with outstanding communication skills.
* Real estate license is preferred; however, the ability to obtain one is essential.
* Experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
