**Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:Lead an Agile software implementation project, including creating detailed project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
- **Function Design and Strategy Development**:Assess current capabilities, identify gaps, and design a comprehensive service delivery structure that aligns with organizational objectives and customer requirements.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
- **Resource Planning and Allocation**:Determine and secure necessary resources, including human, technological, and financial resources, to support the implementation phase. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to integrate necessary services and technologies.
- **Implementation and Transition**:Oversee the implementation of the service delivery framework, setting up operational processes and service management practices to prepare for a successful transition to operational teams post-implementation.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 15 years in IT Service Delivery, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale implementation projects.
- Experience in POS operations.
- Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks.
- Technical skills in Azure Cloud, Service Desk technologies such as SNOW, CICD, and deployment automation.
- Project management certifications (PMP or Agile methodologies) are highly advantageous.
