Job Description
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and performance across paid and owned channels to drive awareness, acquisition, and conversion for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display, video, affiliates, email, lifecycle/automation, SMS, and print.
* Manage key performance metrics, such as cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), actively managing budgets and channel mix to meet commercial targets.
* Build and refine audience strategies using first-party data, including segmentation, lookalikes, and remarketing.
* Drive continuous full-funnel optimization through A/B testing, tailoring creative, messaging, and experiences by channel and funnel stage.
What You'll Bring:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within high-growth environments with a proven track record of delivering measurable acquisition and revenue outcomes.
* Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and display advertising, with a strong focus on return on investment (ROI).

* Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform marketing decisions.
* Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools is an advantage.
