With a Head Office in Nhulunbuy, Miwatj also manages a Corporate Office in Darwin, 7 fixed clinics across the East Arnhem region, and dedicated outreach teams who travel to 3 additional locations.Essential RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, along with an understanding of the challenges faced by Yolngu people in remote settings; Candidate should possess the ability to motivate staff and facilitate change in a high-pressure, culturally diverse environment; Experience in CQI management, accreditation processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with Aboriginal communities are essential.
