This role is working with an on-site client team in central Canberra. Perform duties with integrity and diligence, and in a professional manner at all times.Assist the existing Facilities Management (FM) team to ensure a clean, presentable, and well-maintained space at all times. Manage reception desk and reception duties. Manage meeting room & car park bookings, calendars, and schedules.Support and assist workplace events. Includes assisting with setting up, catering.Assist the existing FM team with all aspects of vendor management and financial administration.Deliver superior customer service and address customer feedback effectively.Administer the Service Requests Workflow.Sound like you?
