Beachfront Holiday Experience Officer
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Beachfront Holiday Experience Officer to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience at our beachfront caravan and camping site.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcome guests to the park, explaining the facilities, amenities, and activities available
* Sell and promote the park as a premier holiday destination by sharing its unique story
* Direct guest check-in and check-out, attending to general receptionist duties following correct procedures
* Maintain high customer service standards at all times
* Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when issues arise
About you:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with strong sales ability
* Team player with attention to detail and organisational skills
