A premium student accommodation brand is expanding across Australia, offering a boutique, design-led living experience for students. With strong demand and several new developments planned in the coming years, the business is entering an exciting growth phase and continuing to invest in its marketing capability to support future openings and maintain occupancy across its existing properties.
The Role
This Marketing Coordinator role focuses on executing marketing campaigns across both domestic and international student markets. Working across a marketing calendar aligned to university intake periods, you will help deliver campaigns designed to maintain occupancy while also supporting the launch of new properties.
Key responsibilities
* Coordinating marketing campaigns and timelines
* Briefing and managing digital and SEO agencies
* Supporting paid campaign activity and reporting
* Writing marketing content for blogs, campaigns and website updates
* Supporting social media, content planning and brand storytelling
* Assisting with events and content creation
The Team
You will work closely with the broader marketing function to deliver campaign activity, execute the marketing calendar and ensure projects are delivered on time. The team works collaboratively across strategy, content and digital marketing to support both brand growth and property performance.
About You
You will likely have 3–5 years' marketing experience and enjoy working across a variety of marketing activities. The ideal candidate will bring:
* Strong written communication and content writing skills
* Experience coordinating agencies or external partners
* Exposure to digital marketing campaigns and reporting
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
* A proactive and collaborative approach
Backgrounds in lifestyle brands, property, education or other experience-led industries would be relevant.
