What You'll Do
Drive Per-Opening Sales Strategy · Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing the complete opening sales plan · Identify high-potential corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments for launch · Build an opening pipeline and secure early business to ensure a strong day-one pickup Build Market Presence Before We Open · Conduct practice sales calls, site tours, sales blitzes, and client engagements · Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community functions · Partner with marketing to support opening campaigns, digital activation, and brand-building activities Lead Revenue-Generating Activities · Negotiate corporate contract, groups rates, and long-term partnership · Create proposals, RFP responses, and sales presentations that win · Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to adjust strategy as needed Shape Commercial Foundations · Contribute to sales SOPs, CRM setup, reporting standards, and
