As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be involved in the planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of transport infrastructure across Queensland.
This includes delivering the Queensland Transport Infrastructure Program, participating in routine maintenance activities, supporting contract management, and contributing to traffic management initiatives.
Opportunities exist to specialise in areas such as road safety, asset management, geotechnical engineering, hydrology, traffic engineering, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
A rotational development plan is in place over 18–24 months, encompassing planning, design, project delivery, maintenance, governance, and safety management.
