About a newly created role, we are seeking a driven and strategic business development professional to play a key role in expanding our footprint within the red meat industry.
This position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
As a self-driven individual contributor, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Additionally, you will be involved in developing tailored sales strategies and supporting the sales team with strategic insights to position our cutting-edge products in the market.
You will also play a key role in nurturing long-term client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of proven success in business development, preferably within a startup or scale-up environment, with experience selling technical solutions or software, and a results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
A strong communication skillset is required, along with the ability to engage with various stakeholders and negotiate effectively. The successful candidate will also be confident in analysing data to identify key insights and effectively distilling key information to present to clients.
