About The Role
This is a hands on Manufacturing Manager role overseeing the full production function, team leadership and customer engagement.
You will be responsible for managing day to day production, leading and developing a team of up to 10 staff, overseeing quoting and converting quotes into sales, and attending client visits and presentations when required.
Production runs Monday to Friday, making this a stable and predictable work week.
Skills And Experience
* Experience managing or supervising within manufacturing or production
* Strong people leadership, training and development skills
* Comfortable with quoting and converting quotes to sales
* Confident dealing with clients and presenting solutions
* Exposure to Fishbowl software is ideal but not essential
* Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one
* Organised, practical and solutions focused
