Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations, actively engaging with guests by sharing their passion for products and creating special moments that guests won't forget.
About the Role:
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
A successful Gaming Attendant will possess excellent communication skills, being great with people, detail and communication. They will also be a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends, holding current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
