**About the role**
We have a great opportunity for experienced Warehouse/Store Assistant to join our growing company in a permanent role, based in Port Melbourne ( 38 hours a week).
Reporting to the Manufacturing Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the functioning of the warehouse and work closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and external warehouse/transport providers.
More specifically, you will:
- Packing and unpacking of boxes being sent to and from the warehouse
- Storing received items throughout the facility
- Managing deliveries and using an RF scanner
- Organising and distributing boxes that will be sent to the customer
- Cleaning and organisation of the warehouse environment
- Adhering to safety, quality and production standards
- Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in a warehouse leadership role with transport and logistics providers within a Logistics and Warehouse environment.
