About The Role
Recharge Petroleum is seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant for our Karratha (WA) Depot.
Please note this is a residential position only. Applicants must either be living in Karratha or be willing to relocate to Karratha at their own expense. FIFO options are not available.
What you will do
As our Administration Assistant you will:
* Provide general administrative duties, including but not limited to; filing, scanning, collecting mail, responding to customer enquiries, accounts receivable functions, record keeping and ordering depot supplies.
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in person.
* Provide admin support as required to other Recharge Petroleum staff.
* Oversee general depot operations in the absence of other staff.
* Assist with local deliveries (small scale oil products and packaged goods).
* Assist with stock control, including daily and/or periodic stock takes.
* Unload packaged lubricants / oils (by manual handling and/or forklift).
* General tidying and maintaining office and yard areas.
What you will need
To be considered for this role, you will need the following.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to show initiative.
* Confidence and ability to work unsupervised.
* Willingness and ability to adjust working hours by mutual agreement, including the option to take on additional hours during Depot Manager travel periods.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
* Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to meeting work responsibilities.
* Excellent IT and administration skills, including being competent and confident in using various IT equipment and software applications (Word and Excel is essential). Experience using Companion software would be an advantage.
* Minimum current manual C class driver's license. A Heavy Rigid (HR) license would be viewed favorably but is not essential.
* Current Forklift License, or a willingness to obtain.
