**All about you**:
- 1+ years experience as a supervisor in a premium dining restaurant
- Solid experience in wine knowledge, pairing and upselling techniques
- Great leadership qualities along with the ability to inspire, train and develop the team
- Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
- A passion for the industry
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays
- A valid RSA
