The Early Childhood Language Educator/Teacher will be responsible for delivering the Early Childhood Language Program at our designated kindergartens. This role involves working closely with existing staff to support aspects of the education program in the designated language.

This is a maximum term part-time position with flexible days and working hours. The hours will vary across kindergarten services, providing opportunities for a diverse range of work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
">
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor level degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, along with post-secondary qualifications in a language other than English OR Formal Language Qualification OR Statement of Equivalence in speaking in a language other than English.

Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes is also essential. Additionally, the ability to develop, document and implement a developmentally appropriate program for preschool children with parental involvement is crucial.

In addition to base salary and superannuation, the successful candidate will receive 17.5% leave loading.
