* Assist property owners with inquiries and updates, working closely with senior strata managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
About the Role:
* Support assigned strata managers in the execution of PICA's Owners Corporation Management Agreements, focusing on repairs & maintenance, levies, meetings, compliance, and insurance.
* Engage with committee members via email or phone to provide information or handle situations related to their community.
* Maintain accurate documents and records related to the community within a document management system.
* Prepare and update meeting records and documents such as minutes and meeting agendas using a digital document transaction system. May attend AGM or committee meetings with Strata Manager.
* Assist with setting up utilities accounts, maintaining both hard copy and electronic books and records.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* You are a skilled problem solver with experience in administrative roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM/Document management systems.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, building strong relationships.
