The Role

An exciting and newly created opportunity has become available for a detail oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Keyton team on a part time, 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Melbourne office, with the ability to work from home on a hybrid model.

This newly created role will support the centralisation of Accounts Payable tasks across our national retirement living villages. You'll play a key role in streamlining AP processes, conducting payment runs, and managing vendor queries—ensuring our communities receive timely and accurate financial support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Process supplier invoices through our scanning solution and make payments in line with AP policies
* Process weekly payment runs and assist with vendor queries through our ticket portal
* Monitor and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies
* Support corporate credit card reconciliations
* Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure proper authorisation and recording of purchases
* Ensure compliance with scanning solution (Exflow) and escalate issues as needed
* Contribute to continuous improvement of AP processes and systems

About You

* Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable or similar administrative roles
* Strong understanding of AP processes and ERP systems (D365 preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is desirable but not essential
