The Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Software Engineer to join our Mulgrave head office.
The successful candidate will design, develop, test and maintain software applications and systems that support EFC Group's digital infrastructure, including our franchise management, warehouse logistics, e-commerce and membership platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement software applications that integrate with EFC's POS, logistics and reporting systems.
Analyse system requirements and evaluate existing digital processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Write, test and maintain high-quality program code to meet business and security standards.
Develop internal dashboards and data visualisation tools to improve real-time franchise and warehouse reporting.
Coordinate software integration between cloud platforms and on-premise servers.
Monitor application performance and conduct troubleshooting and debugging as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business objectives.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with the Australian Privacy Act **** and industry security standards.
Skills and Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years relevant professional experience in software design, system integration or application development.
Strong understanding of software architecture, databases and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
