Child and Family Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Child and Family Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Children in Care Permanence Team, you will work collaboratively with families to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, young people, and their families.
* Promote the well-being and safety of children in care through evidence-based interventions.
* Foster collaborative working relationships within the multi-agency framework.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Children in Care setting, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake court proceedings and contribute towards ensuring that the needs of vulnerable children are met. They must also demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
