We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Cranebrook in June, and we’re looking for an experienced Head Cook to help build, train and lead the kitchen team that will bring our food to life.

As a Head Cook, you’ll be trusted to:
* Build and lead a brand-new kitchen team, supporting the restaurant leadership team with hands‑on training before the restaurant even opens.
* Set the standard for food quality, speed and consistency from day one, ensuring every dish reflects GYG’s bold flavours and fresh ingredients.
* Support the full restaurant opening, including prep, training, operational readiness and opening execution.
* Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth operations, strong communication and a positive team culture.
* Be part of a fast‑growing global brand that’s redefining fast food with real ingredients, authentic flavours and a bold vision.
