Lead Recovery Service Coordinator
The Lead Recovery Service Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the management team to provide leadership and ensure the effective delivery of an efficient and seamless recovery service for women and children.
About the Role
This position is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the recovery service, advocating on behalf of clients served by their team within senior and executive-level decision-making forums.
The successful candidate will coach and mentor their direct reports to achieve agreed outcomes and performance indicators within available resources.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inspirational leadership within the health sector.
* Relevant qualifications in a related discipline at degree or diploma level (e.g., Social Work or Psychology) and/or significant work experience with family and domestic violence.
* Significant understanding of, and commitment to, delivering trauma-informed services.
* Knowledge of current issues affecting the health and welfare system.
* Experience in reflective leadership practice and managing diverse teams.
* Knowledge of diversity and social inclusion, including gender, sexuality, disability, age, cultural, and linguistic diversity.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff and stakeholders.
