Your responsibilities will include representing the company in machinery sales, conducting equipment demonstrations in the field, and assisting customers with financing options for new and used equipment. You will also maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre, and participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge. Additionally, you will collaborate with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance and provide post-sale support to customers.
To succeed in this role, you will require at least 1 year of equipment sales experience, proficiency in standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and Internet, and flexibility to work varied hours. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are essential.
