About the Role
Our ideal candidate will provide onsite engineering services and technical support to drive safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements across a portfolio of projects.
Key responsibilities include effectively delivering programming, staging and construction methodologies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards, managing team outputs for profitability, efficiency and human relations, conducting monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance, building effective relationships with clients and consultants, and maintaining a safe working environment.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, over 10 years' experience in the civil construction industry and at least two years' experience specifically in project management. They should have a strong understanding of community infrastructure, earthworks, drainage and road construction, and possess a collaborative management style to build a close, outcome focused team. Commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills are essential, as is stakeholder and client engagement experience.
