Personal Carer Traineeship | BlueCare | Community Care
- Employment Status: Permanent Part Time/Full-time
- Location: Warwick & Surrounding Areas
- Remuneration: $31.41p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts
- The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income. We'll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost. (valued at approx. $3650)

About the role:
As a Personal Carer Trainee you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
- In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements:

- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work
- Essential
- Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
- Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
