Job Title: Senior Contract Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned contract strategist to join our team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead and manage high-performing teams, drive value for money, and develop strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of contract partners to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with senior leaders.
* Oversee the end-to-end procurement process within GTP, ensuring compliance with NSW Government policies and maximising value for money.
* People leadership for immediate team and broader directorate, actively participating in Value & Portfolio Management leadership.
* Represent senior leaders as required, providing expert, actionable advice and recommendations to executives.
* Engage with vendors and industry partners to develop strategic partnerships and optimise digital product offerings.
* Oversee contract management, including negotiations and compliance monitoring, performance reporting, to secure optimal outcomes for the organisation.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in leading a large multi-disciplinary team in a service delivery environment while developing and operationalising commercial processes.
* Experience in designing and implementing long-term strategies to ensure value for money and service continuity aligned with platform requirements and budget.
