The Department of Health is seeking applicants for the role of Senior Physiotherapist – Prehab to provide physiotherapy services to joint arthroplasty surgical patients across the North West region. Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all selection criteria and detailed responsibilities.

Details of Appointment
Fixed-term part-time, day worker position. Working 38 hours per fortnight, commencing 25 May 2026 and concluding 4 January 2027. Hours will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary
$110,425 to $121,907 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer contributes 12% superannuation on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Union Wages Agreement No.2 of 2022. Access to salaries beyond $119,290 is subject to qualifications and/or application to the personal upgrade scheme.
Salary Packaging
Access to a salary package that includes living expenses up to $9,010 and $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year, plus other eligible benefits.

* Professional Development Allowance of up to $1,000 per annum

Eligibility
* Tertiary qualification / program of study approved by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
* Registered with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
* Current driver's licence (desirable)
