Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you provide essential care and support to clients in their homes. You'll assist with personal care, engage in social activities, and offer companionship, all while fostering an environment of dignity and respect. Throughout your time, you'll utilise your keen observation skills to monitor clients' well-being, ensuring you report any changes to your Home Care Coordinator. Flexibility is key as you adapt to the unique needs of each client, embodying the values of Darling Downs Health in every moment you share.
