A highly respected and well-established real estate and property group based in Glenelg is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing finance team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end accounts payable function across multiple entities within the group. You'll be working in a structured but dynamic ecosystem, where accuracy, systems capability, and commercial awareness are key.
This role would suit someone who is confident navigating ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite (or similar) and enjoys working collaboratively within a broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end processing of accounts payable across multiple entities
* Invoice processing, matching, coding, and reconciliations
* Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong relationships
* Payment runs and ensuring compliance with internal controls
* Supporting month-end close activities related to AP
* Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Assisting with process improvement and system optimisation where appropriate

About You
* Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role, ideally within a multi-entity or complex environment
* Experience with Oracle NetSuite is highly regarded (or similar ERP systems)
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
* Confident communicator who can liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Systems-savvy, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
* Comfortable working within established processes while contributing ideas for improvement
