The Role
The role is an Administration Assistant to support our finance department. The responsibilities of the Administration Assistant include data entry, scanning and assisting with maintaining electronic record systems. This role is part time for 30hrs per week.
To be successful as an Administration Assistant- Finance, you should have knowledge of MYOB or similar accounting software, good organizational and time management skills, and, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel. The successful person will have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities for the position:
* Financial data entry
* Maintaining electronic data records systems.
* Preparation of reports to review integrity of data entry and reporting discrepancies.
* Assisting with maintaining HR systems
* Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
Desirable skills and experience
* Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (MYOB).
* Good organizational skills.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Detail-oriented.
* Excellent time management skills.

* A Valid Working with Children Blue Card or ability to obtain a Working with Children Blue Card
* A 'C' class driver's license.
