This role focuses on leading and developing engine capabilities within HOERBIGER's rotating equipment domain.
Responsibilities Provide leadership to guide the Australian entity into supporting Gas Engines.
Manage the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with Sales, Field Service, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to drive consistency.
Demonstrate self initiative in a newly created role to apply your skillset.
Develop company procedures for rebuilding gas engines and associated components.
Plan and manage large and small projects to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
Support the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction through technical excellence.
Interpret customer needs, create, analyse, price, and deliver accurate and customised quotes.
Qualifications Technical Foundation: Completed university degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
Special Knowledge: OEM training and/or considerable demonstrable experience with Gas Engines (e.g., Waukesha, Caterpillar).
Detailed and Analytical: Ability to analyse customer needs and translate into technical solutions and quotes.
Designing Processes: Experience developing procedures for rebuilding gas engines and components.
Managing Projects: Ability to plan and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Results Driven: Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
