Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team environment
* Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary
* Remove existing fabric covers and recover with replacement fabric and adding and removing webbing and covers
* Previous experience with pre-upholstery – webbing, foaming and upholstery – fitting covers, buttons.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools with precision and care
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in accordance with WHS guidelines
* Maintain the ability to work efficiently in a fast working environment
